The intriguing title of our next demonstration is ‘Paper Mimicry’ and it is on Tuesday, 21st January, when Clare Colby will be showing what can be done with paper.
Clare is a paper craft specialist, based in Dorset, who used to work in print and the greeting card industry. She describes herself as slightly obsessed with paper, using it as a pulp for three-dimensional ideas. She produces hand-made paper, makes small artists books and creates products using paper yarn.
Come along to the Woodmead Halls in Hill Road, Lyme Regis DT7 3PG from 2pm to 4pm. All are welcome. Free to members of Lyme Regis Art Society, visitors £5 (this will be refunded if you decide to join the Society).
